About me
As a therapist with a deep understanding of the unique needs of military families, first responders, and minority populations, I specialize in addressing issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and the pressures of navigating complex systems. My approach combines evidence-based strategies with a personalized touch, focusing on what truly works for you.
I bring over 13 years of experience working with active-duty service members, veterans, and their families, as well as individuals from diverse backgrounds. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I embrace evidence-based practices, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused approaches, while honoring the unique therapeutic relationship we will build together. My areas of expertise include trauma and PTSD, depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, and interpersonal challenges. My work is deeply rooted in understanding and honoring your story, culture, and identity, as we navigate the complexities of change and healing. Therapy is a courageous undertaking, and I understand how difficult it can be to look inward, confront avoidance, and pursue growth. My goal is to create an authentic, collaborative environment where you feel supported, heard, and understood.
