About me
I'm a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. My work spans depression, anxiety, trauma, and self-esteem concerns, and I'm skilled at helping people navigate communication difficulties, isolation, social anxiety, and panic. I also specialize in supporting survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence, as well as those processing grief, guilt, and shame.
Throughout my career, I've worked with clients facing a wide range of experiences—including posttraumatic stress, attachment challenges, mood disorders, chronic illness, cancer, and family dynamics. I'm particularly attuned to women's issues, codependency patterns, adoption and foster care experiences, and the complexities of blended families.
My approach is grounded in compassion and respect for each person's unique journey. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your concerns at your own pace. I bring warmth and authenticity to every session.
If you're ready to take that courageous first step toward growth and healing, I'm here to support you.
