About me
Narcissistic abuse and emotional abuse can leave us feeling confused, hurt, and desperate for answers. You might have thought you found your soulmate, but instead you find yourself in a very complicated relationship. You may feel alone and isolated, blaming yourself for how badly the relationship is going. Instead of being in this amazing relationship you thought you had signed up for, you are now studying everything you can about narcissism and narcissistic abuse. But now you see that something needs to change. You’re getting ready to leave this person but you don’t know how. You know deep down that it is time to do something different.
I am passionate about working with clients dealing with narcissistic abuse, emotional abuse, anxiety, and trauma. Creating a safe space that allows you to explore how you feel and what you need in your life, I tailor therapy to your needs, using an eclectic client-centered approach that includes EMDR, CBT, and mindfulness.
You’re ready to finally get into a relationship where you feel seen, heard, and respected. Most of all, you’re ready to break free and live life on your terms. Let’s work together to create the life that you really want, need, and deserve.
