About me
I am an experienced licensed clinical professional counselor who is dedicated to helping and supporting those with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and ASD. I am trained in EMDR and use CBT in my practice to assist in the recovery from trauma and difficult life events.
I am the owner and proud counselor of Good Company Counseling and Coaching with many talented and compassionate professionals where we offer premier mental health services. Good Company Counseling and Coaching works with trauma, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, marriage counseling and addiction. We see clients in person or via telehealth which ever offers our clients the most comfortable and safe environment for them to receive support.
