About me
I am a supportive, non-judgmental collaborator who partners with you to identify thoughts and behaviors that may be keeping you from your best self. Learn how to leverage your strengths as we work together to accomplish your goals.
Self-sabotage and poor self-esteem are often the biggest blockers to success. Find out if you are selling yourself short and keeping your life small. Taking a personal inventory, we will start with updating your sense of self and improve your connection with your life’s purpose. Your curated passion and authentic self will help drive you to success.
I often use mobile technology as an adjunct tool with clients struggling with depression and anxiety because mental health applications easily engage with the mind and redirect it towards optimistic thinking. Stress management, tracking of biometric information (sleep patterns, exercise, eating habits), and connection to 24-hour hotlines are just three examples of the innovative use of this technology.
Learn to be kinder and more generous with yourself and others. Create new family dynamics that bring greater joy in your time together. Accentuate the positive, and moderate the negative, to find a life worth living.
