We offer in-person & virtual sessions and medication management to work with you on a personalized level and to help you realize your mental wellness goals; such as minimizing your stress and anxieties, setting reasonable & achievable expectations for yourself, learning coping skills to simplify your life, & expanding your self-awareness and self-acceptance!
