About me
My clinical style is collaborative, trauma-informed , and deeply attuned to each client's unique strengths and goals. Drawing from modalities like CBT, DBT and applied behavior analysis to support positive change. In addition to evidenced based practices, I integrate mindfulness, breath-work, and somatic awareness into my sessions- tools that foster emotional regulation, self-compassion, and present-moment clarity. I value the mind-body connection and often incorporate grounding techniques and guided visualization to support holistic healing.
Outside of clinical work, I enjoy spending time with my family, swimming and long walks with my dogs.
