About me

Helping you reconnect with yourself, understand recurring patterns, and create meaningful change.

Life can sometimes leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves. You may find yourself repeating the same relationship patterns, struggling with anxiety or self-doubt, feeling emotionally overwhelmed, or wondering why certain challenges continue to show up despite your best efforts

I believe therapy is about more than managing symptoms. It is an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, better understand the experiences that have shaped you, and create meaningful change in your life and relationships.

Have you ever understood why you feel the way you do, but still found yourself reacting in the same ways? Sometimes understanding your patterns is only the first step. Healing often happens when we work not just with your thoughts, but with your emotions, nervous system, and the different parts of yourself that carry old wounds. In addition to traditional talk therapy, I integrate approaches such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic-based techniques, and EFT tapping when they're a good fit for your goals. These can help support deeper, lasting change.

If you're navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, trauma, or attachment-related patterns, therapy can help you better understand yourself and create meaningful change. My approach is also nervous-system-informed, which means we may explore how past experiences continue to shape your emotional reactions, relationships, and daily life.

For those drawn to deeper inner work, I also work with clients who are exploring life purpose, meaning making, spirituality, and connecting with the self. I additionally work with those who are interested in using metaphor, archetypes, and imagery as part of the therapeutic process.

My goal is to provide a warm, supportive space where you can gain greater self-understanding, strengthen your relationships, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been overlooked along the way.
