About me
I am an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) speacilizing in trauma, anxiety and susbstance use for children and adolescents.
With over a decade of experience in the field, I am passionate about helping people through all walks of life naviagate the challenges of life transitions, trauma and substance use. As an LPC-S and LCDC, I have dedicated my career to supporting young people in overcoming obstacles and building healthier, more fultilling lives. I offer trauma informed care and provide a safe and supportive space to explore life's challenges. In additional to traditional talk therapy, I also offer LENS Neurofeedback, a gentle, non-invasive approach that supports the nervous system and helps reduce symptoms such as emotional dysregulation, brain fog and chronic stress. For some, it's a helpful complement to therapy; for others, it's an alternative path toward healing instead of using medication. My approach is client-centered and rooted in empathy.
