About me
As a licensed therapist with over three decades of experience, I specialize in supporting individuals through complex life transitions and emotional challenges. My practice centers on creating a compassionate, affirming space for LGBTQ+ individuals, adults both young and older, and those navigating significant personal transformations.
Much of my practice has been focused on addressing trauma, relationship dynamics, grief, and mood disorders. My approach is particularly attuned to supporting survivors of sexual assault, individuals experiencing workplace stress, and those managing life changes such as divorce, caregiving responsibilities, and family transitions.
My therapeutic work focuses on helping clients develop resilient coping strategies, process difficult experiences, and rediscover personal strength. Whether you're dealing with post traumatic stress, seasonal mood shifts, or relationship complexities, I offer a supportive, non-judgmental environment where healing and growth can flourish.
I am committed to understanding each client's unique journey and providing personalized, empathetic support that honors your individual experiences and goals.
