About me
I'm a therapist with a decade of experience supporting individuals through some of life's most challenging moments. I specialize in helping people navigate depression, anxiety, stress, grief, social anxiety, OCD, and low self-esteem, as well as work through anger in healthy ways.
My approach is grounded in compassion and cultural awareness. I believe in creating a therapeutic space where you feel seen, respected, and understood for who you are. I'm committed to honoring your values and identity throughout our work together.
I've had the privilege of working with diverse clients and bringing my own perspective as a woman of color to the therapeutic relationship. This informs how I show up for my clients—with authenticity, empathy, and a deep commitment to your wellbeing.
My therapeutic style is collaborative and person-centered. I work with you to understand what's happening in your life and help you build the tools and insights you need to move forward. Whether you're processing loss, managing overwhelming emotions, or working to rebuild your sense of self, I'm here to support you every step of the way.
Taking the first step toward therapy takes courage, and I'm honored to walk alongside you on your healing journey.
