About me
Bilingual Therapist Supporting Chronic Illness, Grief, Caregiving, Anxiety & Spiritual Struggles
You may be facing a life-changing diagnosis, grieving a deep loss, feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, or navigating a major life transition. You're the one who holds space for others—at home, in your community, or in ministry—while quietly carrying your own pain. You’ve been the strong one everyone relies on, and now it’s your turn to be supported. If you’re seeking compassionate care that honors your emotional, relational, and spiritual journey, you’ve found a safe space here. I work with individuals and couples navigating cancer, chronic illness, grief, caregiving stress, anxiety, life transitions, and spiritual distress.
I’m a bilingual therapist with a background in psycho-oncology, clinical mental health, and theology. Rooted in the Latino experience, I provide culturally sensitive, faith-informed therapy in English and Spanish. I welcome clients of all backgrounds and integrate evidence-based practices to support healing of the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
In our work together, you’ll find a warm, non-judgmental space to explore what’s weighing on your heart and mind, gain clarity, and discover hope—even in the hardest of times. Whether you’re facing a health crisis, struggling with your faith, or simply feeling overwhelmed, I’m here to walk alongside you. Click "Email Me" to connect—I’d be honored to support.
