About me
I am a bilingual Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in NYC, dedicated to providing a compassionate, supportive space where you feel truly heard and understood. Whether you are navigating past trauma, wrestling with anxiety and depression, managing ADHD, or carrying the weight of daily stress, you don't have to carry it alone.
Welcome! I am a bilingual Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in NYC, dedicated to providing a compassionate, supportive space where you feel truly heard and understood. I earned my bachelor’s degree from John Jay College and completed my master’s degree at St. Bonaventure University. In my practice, I specialize in helping clients navigate trauma, anxiety, and depression, as well as complex women’s and family issues. My approach is tailored to your unique story—honoring the full complexity of your background, values, and lived experiences. I have worked extensively with children, teens, adults, LGBTQ+, and vibrant people of all cultures and underserved communities. I take an integrative approach tailored specifically to your unique needs and goals. Grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-focused interventions, and mindfulness-based stress reduction strategies, my practice offers evidence-based tools designed for lasting healing.
I care deeply about creating a space where every person feels seen, valued, and genuinely supported. My heart for this work is rooted in community—from volunteering at local food pantries and shelters to standing alongside those navigating life’s heaviest challenges. I firmly believe that regardless of your race, gender identity, sexual orientation, or beliefs, you deserve a safe, fulfilling life free from fear and oppression. Wherever you come from and whatever you’ve been through, your story matters here, and you don’t have to walk through it alone.
