As a therapist who provides counseling for those struggling with chronic pain, ADHD, trauma, and anxiety, I have a keen understanding of how these conditions can impact all aspects of an individual's life. The lack of validation around experiences often adds to the frustration and isolation. Coping with small and large issues, finding appropriate healthcare, and maintaining social relationships can be difficult. These issues can make it easy to lose sight of one’s goals and feel overwhelmed.

Through an individualized approach, I'll work closely with you to identify the sources of your struggles to help you gain better insight and help you develop coping mechanisms to better manage your symptoms. I provide a safe, confidential, and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and emotions without judgment. Through patience, empathy, and understanding we will work together to help overcome the challenges and obstacles standing in your way towards a healthier and more fulfilling life.

Additionally, I am a Nationally Certified Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I have been helping people most of my life through various roles and has been providing therapy since 2015.

In my free time I enjoy hiking, jogging, playing with my pets, and baking.
