I have been in the social work field for over 25 years; I have experience in working with: anxiety, depression, PTSD, BPD, Schizophrenia, anger management, addiction, Autism, GAD, Somatic Disorders, certified trauma specialist and many more.

My name is Carmen Jeffrey, I am a licensed social worker ( LMSW). I am excited to continue helping people that suffer from trauma and other mental illnesses. I am a strong believer in personal growth and positive change, after having dealt with multiple traumatic events of my own. I enjoy watching people heal and become stronger within themselves. I am dedicated to validating individuals that have been hurt and are struggling daily to cope with their challenges and emotional pain. I strive to do my best to be empathetic and put my feet in the shoes of others so I can try and understand what their challenges truly are. I know that experiencing traumatic events does not have to define anyone, it is difficult to re-experience painful events but I am here to help as many people as I can to heal and move forward to a happy and productive life. Anyone can move forward if they put forth the effort that is needed to change their future.
