About me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor working with ages 8 and up, especially those in their teens and twenties to sort out difficult emotions and experiences, including anxiety and depression.
If you are feelings overwhelmed and weighed down by anxiety, low mood, or self-doubt, I am here to help! I work with individuals, especially young people who are navigating stress related to school, work, relationships, or family changes. I can help you find relief from racing thoughts, emotional ups and downs, or patterns that no longer serve you. It's important to me to be a therapist who feels genuine, approachable, and real, while also having lots of tools and strategies to share with you.
I draw from a variety of evidence based techniques including CBT and ACT to help you find insight and emotional balance. My background as a former school counselor gives me a strong understanding of the developmental problems clients face at different life stages.
