About me

I am a registered art therapist dedicated to helping individuals find deeper meaning and purpose in their lives, with a special focus on LGBTQIA+ folks, those seeking support for anxiety or depression, and individuals who have experienced trauma. My therapeutic approach is strengths-based, client-centered, and relational-cultural. I aim to cultivate self-awareness, encourage self-expression, and develop emotional resilience to empower individuals with the tools to develop growth-fostering relationships with themselves and others. Through art-making and creative self-expression, I work with individuals throughout the lifespan to increase feelings of self-love and acceptance, develop interpersonal relationship skills, and build emotional resilience.

I received my Bachelor's in Psychology and began my career as a case manager for adults with mental illness in 2017. In 2022, after completing my Master's in Art Therapy Counseling, I began working with youth in an elementary school setting, until 2025, when I moved to my current practice.
