I have an educational background in psychology and clinical mental health. My continuous education allows me to stay up-to-date with the latest research and therapeutic approaches, ensuring that my clients receive the most effective evidence-based care. I have worked with diverse populations and those seeking counseling. I specialize in EMDR, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and life transitions. I hold additional certifications in telehealth services, trauma, anxiety, suicide prevention and assessment, EMDR, ACT, CBT, DBT, and TF-CBT. Throughout my career, I have also had experience working with law enforcement and vocational services.
