Hi! My name is Carley and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I am deeply committed to the relational and human experience of therapy. I view this work not only as a profession, but as a meaningful responsibility and a privilege. It is truly an honor to accompany people on their journey of healing and becoming. I do not take lightly the trust people place in me with the most personal aspects of their lives. At the heart of my approach is the belief that meaningful change occurs when someone feels genuinely seen, understood, and accepted in their full humanity. I believe that people do the best they can with the tools available to them, and I strive to honor that in every therapeutic encounter. I value and lead with authenticity, intention, empathetic curiosity, and respect. Clients often find that I am genuinely excited to get to know them. I approach each therapeutic relationship with a sincere desire to understand you, and with deep respect for your story, your resilience, and your lived experience. Being invited into that process is something I hold with great care and respect, and find profoundly meaningful. I also hold a deep respect for the shared human experience. Navigating life can be incredibly difficult and isolating at times. My goal is to provide a therapeutic environment where you can openly share and explore your experiences with compassion, honesty, and support. In this space, you can feel confident that you will be met with genuine care and understanding, allowing us to work together toward a life that feels more intentional and aligned to you. I am passionate about what therapy offers: a deeply accepting, relational space where people can make sense of their experiences, explore longstanding patterns, develop new tools, and reconnect with themselves in a more grounded and authentic way. My clinical work is grounded in evidence based practices with a strong emphasis on nervous system regulation.
