About me
I work with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, and parenting issues. During our initial session, we will have a chance to explore the issues of your past and present that impact your daily living. I am passionate about my work with children, adults, and families.
I am here to provide a safe and accepting space to work through trauma, depression, anxiety, autism, parenting struggles, and more. I understand that being told to "just think differently", may not sufficiently address underlying emotional wounds. If you are looking to dig deeper, find true understanding, and develop acceptance of yourself (even the hard parts), we will be a great match.
I utilize a client-centered, humanistic approach. I am social justice oriented and have years of experience working with the LGBTQ+ community. I’ve also helped parents of transgender children. I offer parent management techniques for parents raising neurodivergent and neurotypical children dealing with behavioral and emotional problems.
Whether you have been to therapy many times in the past or you are taking the first step, I am here to guide and support you. Clients can expect a safe and accepting space to be themselves and work towards their desired goals. Please contact me for a free phone consultation to discuss your individual needs.
