I am a clinical mental health counseling professional dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families through grief, trauma, and life transitions. Drawing from evidence-based approaches, including the Gottman Method, I help clients strengthen relationships, foster resilience, and rediscover balance in mind, body, and spirit.

I am a counselor with Comprehensive Counseling Solutions in Parker, Colorado, where I work with individuals, couples, families, teens, and children. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, with the goal of creating a safe space for healing, growth, and connection.

I bring advanced training in grief counseling, EMDR, CBT, and the Gottman Method for couples. Whether I am supporting someone through deep loss, helping partners strengthen their relationship, or guiding teens through life’s challenges, I strive to meet each client with empathy, respect, and evidence-based care.

Beyond the counseling room, I am a wife, grandmother, certified yoga instructor, and meditation practitioner who believes in the power of balance between mind, body, and spirit. These practices inform my holistic approach to therapy and allow me to bring calm, grounding techniques into sessions.
