About me
I'm a licensed therapist practicing in Michigan, Missouri, Indiana and Kansas, bringing nearly a decade of clinical experience to my work with clients navigating life's most challenging moments. I specialize in supporting individuals through depression, anxiety, stress, and addiction, while also helping with parenting concerns and building self-esteem.
My therapeutic approach honors the whole person—including your values, beliefs, and identity. I work with clients from diverse backgrounds and perspectives, including those with Christian faith, LGBTQ+ individuals, non-religious clients, and those with conservative values. I'm committed to creating a space where you feel genuinely understood and respected.
I focus on meaningful areas of healing: self-love, guilt and shame, forgiveness, control issues, trauma recovery, women's issues, and workplace challenges. My goal is to help you move through these experiences with compassion and clarity, supporting your growth at your own pace.
I believe therapy works best when there's genuine connection and trust. I'm here to walk alongside you with authenticity, respect, and a deep commitment to your wellbeing. Taking this step toward healing takes courage, and I'm honored to support you on your journey.
