About me
There are things you have learned to work around instead of talk about, and after a while that starts to feel normal. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and seniors across California, often with whole families trying to get through something together. A lot of my work involves people carrying unprocessed trauma, parents navigating the emotional weight of pregnancy and new parenthood, and those trying to change substance use patterns that have cost them more than they intended. My goal is to meet you where you are, not where a treatment plan says you should be.
We start by understanding what truly drives your issues rather than just addressing surface problems. Together, we honestly examine your challenges, build on your strengths, and develop coping strategies for tough days. When family is involved, we focus on interactions between people, not just individual issues. My goal is to give you steadier footing, resilience, and confidence to move forward. I’m suited for those seeking a collaborative partner who is honest and uses research-based, personalized approaches.
