You don't have to be good at talking about feelings to start therapy.
I work with adults who may feel stressed, stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure what needs to change-but know they don't want to keep going the way they have been, I especially enjoy working with men navigating relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, major life changes, or the pressure of trying to hold everything together.
I have 10 years of experience working in mental health. My style is warm, holistic and collaborative with plenty of humor along the way. Therapy with me is a place to be honest about what isn't working, understand yourself better, and start making changes that actually fit your life.

You can expect me to listen carefully, ask direct questions, and tell you what I'm noticing. I'm not going to judge you, lecture you, or expect you to have everything figured out before you walk through the door.
Our first few sessions will focus on understanding what brought you to therapy, where you feel stuck, and what you want life to look like instead. From there we'll develop, realistic goals and work toward them together.
While I take our work together seriously, I use humor to keep the session from feeling too heavy. You can expect a gratuitous amount of dad jokes along the way.
