Hello! Welcome to my page! I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over ten years of experience in the mental health field. I am a co-owner of AsterRoot Wellness, PLLC and we specialize in Perintal Mental Health. I believe in a client-centered, individualized approach to therapy, integrating evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed care. I am deeply committed to supporting individuals through perinatal mood disorders, anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, and reproductive trauma.
I am a licensed clinical social worker with 10 years experience working within community mental health. I am fully licensed in the state of ME and NH as an LICSW. I specialize in Perinatal mood disorders, Maternal Mental Health and women's issues, trauma informed therapy, reproductive trauma, and fertility issues.
