I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over ten years of experience in the mental health field. I am a co-owner of AsterRoot Wellness, PLLC and we specialize in Perintal Mental Health. I believe in a client-centered, individualized approach to therapy, integrating evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed care. I am deeply committed to supporting individuals through perinatal mood disorders, anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, and reproductive trauma.
I am also a member of the Maine Air National Guard.
I specialize in crisis assessment and intervention, anxiety, depression, trauma informed care, perinatal mood disorders, reproductive trauma and grief, and military family and culture.
