I'm a Licensed Clinical Social worker with over 25 years experience supporting youth, adults and families. Do you feel overwhelmed with navigating parenting in the 21st century? As the founder and Clinical Director of my nonprofit practice Lotus Family Services, I am dedicated to providing trauma-informed, family centric services to help people heal from stress, anxiety and trauma. I'm a TBRI practicioner, and bring the wisdom of this cutting-edge, attachment based model to parents and families-- it's even been life changing in the parenting of my own children!
I know that everyone can "bloom" into a better version of themselves no matter what they have been through. As a family trauma and stress specialist I use TBRI, CBT, DBT, IFS, attachment-based & somatic and experiential modalities to reach your goals.
