I am a dedicated and passionate therapist with a love for integrating modalities of healing. Not every client journey looks the same, but I can assure you the path I will lead you on will be exciting, challenging, and even FUN!

Hello there! I am so excited that you have landed on my page and pleased to meet you. To describe myself I would say I am very dedicated and honest and my mission on this planet is to hold space and serve others by walking with you through some of your most challenging moments and of course some of your most joyous. Part of my own personal journey has been walking this path as well and as a human being that has been on both sides of the couch I understand how scary it can be to enter into a room with a stranger and spill your life story or even the terrible day you have had. However, I can tell you there is no time like the present. The world is on fire and we all need one another. I do not have one theoretical orientation or modality. I integrate everything that has worked for myself as well as what I see working for all of the clients I have worked with and walked with over the twelve plus years in this field. We are ALL figuring life out together and where I begin is with connection. Our connection and "rapport" is built over time. I will share with you what I have worked through and what I feel you can relate to and you will do the same. We meet each other where we are in life for a reason. I truly believe that no client is led to me by coincidence. As a matter of fact I do not believe in coincidences at all!

I am so confident in the ability as humans to connect and work through problems or challenges that my one true hope for us is that you will reach out and ask ANY question you have and just see if we might mesh on some level. I am an open book. I love to write, I enjoy hiking, I love art, I can pretty much go down any rabbit hole if I am interested or passionate about something. I work with clients ages 12 and up. I have worked inpatient psychiatric units and have worked with every walk of life. I've worked in group settings and individual private practice. I have also done work with energy and love to interweave Reiki into my practice where applicable.

I do not see anyone or anything as too much or too big of a challenge. I believe that is something we all must believe . Together we walk the path we are all walking each other home.
