About me
As a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with 19 years of experience in the field of psychology, I provide evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals and couples. I cultivate a safe, non-judgmental environment utilizing a strictly client-centered approach to empower my clients toward self-discovery, emotional healing, and relational growth. My career includes proven expertise in guiding clients through trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and complex relationship dynamics. Many of the individuals I work with come to therapy knowing they need support, but they may not yet understand the root cause of their distress or what specific interventions they require. In my practice, I provide a dedicated space to process life transitions and daily stressors collaboratively. I utilize evidence-based tools, including the Feelings Wheel, to enhance emotional awareness and help clients articulate their internal experiences.
