I'm a licensed therapist who helps high-achieving adults who feel 'never enough' get to the root of what's really going on using EMDR and trauma-informed care to build lasting resilience, not just manage symptoms.

Do you feel like you're "never enough," no matter how much you achieve? Many of my clients are high-achieving adults who look successful on the outside but feel empty, overwhelmed, or disconnected on the inside.

If you grew up with childhood emotional neglect, a narcissistic parent, or emotionally immature caregivers, this can show up later as anxiety, people-pleasing, perfectionism, or feeling numb to your own needs. Much of my practice centers on working with adult children of narcissists and adults with complex trauma who want effective, results-focused therapy, not just talk therapy that goes in circles.

My approach is collaborative, structured, and paced to your nervous system. We start with emotional regulation and stability, move into processing root causes using EMDR, and build toward lasting resilience through strengths- and values-based work.
