I am the Restorer of Peace - I guide people to sustainable peace. I am a culturally humble, trauma informed mental health counselor who is passionate about supporting clients in finding, maintaining, and sustaining peace.

Peace! I believe that we all have it within us - it is not this elusive trait that only pastors, gurus, and mystics have. You have it within you and I am here to guide you to rekindling your peace. If you have trauma that has been chasing you and you're tired of running, I can support you in minimizing the effect that trauma has on you so that you can move forward. If anxiety or depression are with you, I can support you with tried and true strategies to manage them. If you're a parent and you're struggling with communication with your teenager, I can support you and your teen with getting on the same page and having a better relationship. If you are an adult with ADHD or you're a parent of a child with ADHD, we will work together as you understand your diagnosis and how to manage symptoms - I got you! If you have a child or will have a child with a history of relinquishment and you'd like pre or post adoption counseling, we will work together through the trauma that your child has experienced and foster a sense of connection, attachment and bonding - all keys to your success. We will partner together because I don't believe that you should go through the most challenging aspects of your life alone. I use client-centered therapy, trauma informed therapy, somatic therapy, CBT (cognitive behavior therapy), DBT (dialectical behavior therapy), and attached focused therapy.
