About me
I am an LPC; licensed in Oklahoma, with 3 years of professional work experience. In addition to my M.S., LPC, I hold an A.S. in Behavioral Science, a B.S. in Psychology, and a double M.S. in Psychology and Licensed Professional Counseling. I have ample experience working with individual clients as well as couples helping them work through and better manage common stress, depression, and anxiety. I also have vast experience with helping clients process trauma and abuse, developing and strengthening motivation, self-esteem, confidence, self-efficacy, personal empowerment and growth mindset; helping clients improve their capacity to cope, adapt, and adjust to life changes. It is incredibly important to me that I create an open and safe space where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment; making sure this is your safe space to experience your processing as you need. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I applaud you and appreciate your bravery and am here to support you in that process.
