About me

I help people like you work through the effects of trauma, OCD, & relationships with a direct and compassionate approach that builds safety and self-trust.

Do you feel anxious, disconnected from yourself and others, or out of control of your thoughts and relationships? Maybe you're navigating OCD, burnout, boundary issues, or the weight of past experiences. You've felt frustrated by the patterns you're stuck in, and you’re needing clarity, relief, and lasting change. I support clients who struggle with relational and developmental trauma, codependency, OCD, and anxiety. I’m trained in EMDR, i-CBT, and the Gottman Method, and I understand how trauma can shape the patterns in relationships, your sense of self, and overall daily life. I help clients notice and break cycles of putting themselves last, manage compulsions and anxiety, strengthen self-trust, and set healthy boundaries. I also support building emotional resilience so you can face life’s challenges with more confidence and clarity. I tailor therapy to your unique needs, creating a safe, compassionate space where you can process difficult experiences, gain insight, and make meaningful, lasting changes. I offer a trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming space, and a relational, direct approach that is rooted in compassionate accountability. You don’t have to do this alone.
As a therapist, I consider myself to be a gentle challenger, meaning that I will always encourage you to meet the goals you set for yourself. I became a therapist because of how helpful and powerful therapy has been in my own life, and it would be an honor to walk alongside you in your healing journey. I’m passionate about creating spaces where you feel seen, heard, and valued. I believe healing begins with understanding and that exploring how our identities, including gender, race, sexual orientation, socioeconomic class, etc. shape our experience is key to healing. I believe everyone deserves support, equity, and compassion, and that social justice and community care are essential to a healthier world. I’m committed to fostering understanding, empathy, and meaningful connections in all areas of life.
