I am an experienced professional having assisted college-students, graduate students, single mother's /fathers, couples, groups, military connected, older adults, LGBTQIA+, those dealing with racism or adult bullying.
I have 20 years in the field working in Social Services, Counseling and Coaching. I am passionate about helping people become their best selves. There have been a lot of people who helped me along the way. However, there have been times when I felt anxiety, depression, grief/loss, stress or bullied even as an adult. There have been times when I wanted to go low but instead deciced to go high. We are all human and face our own challenges.
