About me
Hi, I am Caleigh Koppelmann, therapist here in Bluesky. As a trauma-informed Marriage and Family Therapist, I work collaboratively with adult clients to help them explore the patterns, relationships, and experiences that shape their lives. I believe healing happens not just at the individual level, but within the broader context of our families, communities, and cultural identities. My approach integrates warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for each client’s unique story, while honoring resilience, growth, and the many paths toward healing.
Clients often describe me as grounded, compassionate, and collaborative. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore challenges at your pace. Whether you’re navigating trauma, relationships, life transitions, or seeking clarity, I walk alongside you as you build skills and move toward growth.
In our first sessions, I take time to know you—your history, struggles, strengths, and hopes. Together we clarify your goals and choose approaches that align best. I draw from trauma-informed care, attachment theory, relational and narrative therapies, while balancing insight with practical tools for everyday life.
