Hi, I’m Caleb Knorr! I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Ohio with over nine years of experience supporting individuals through some of life’s most difficult moments. I specialize in the treatment of trauma, anxiety, and depression. I also have a particular passion for working with teenagers, supporting them as they navigate the unique challenges of growing up.

Whatever you're carrying deserves space to be heard without rush or judgment. I believe real growth comes not from battling difficult thoughts and emotions, but from self-compassion, connection to the present moment, and a defined commitment to enacting our values. At heart, I am an eclectic and integrative therapist. Therapy works best when it's designed for you. I draw on a range of evidence-based theories and techniques, adapting them to your unique goals.
