About me

I am a dedicated humanistic therapist, who is intent on meeting each person in their struggle in order to help them find strength, peace, and clarity.

Whether you are making an important decision, wanting to understand relationships, or trying to find peace, having a place where you can sort your thoughts can be paramount to making impactful decisions in your life. I offer a nonjudgmental space where I validate your struggle, offer insight to life's challenges, and empower you to believe in your great capacity to live as your authentic self. Becoming your true self means doing the bold work of facing the past and looking inward. Understanding the past gives clarity to the present. A more clear present allows you to build a life filled with intention and purpose.

I will work collaboratively with you to identify unconscious patterns of behavior that may be causing you to feel stuck. We will clarify your personal values and utilize them to create solutions to situations that have been causing distress. My focus is rooted in helping you learn to quiet the inner-critic, and discover a calming trust in yourself.

Sometimes people wonder if their struggles are significant enough to explore in therapy. If you are questioning, it is worth exploring. Every story deserves to be witnessed with an open heart; I would be honored to be considered to hear yours. Contact me to set up a free 20 minute consultation.
