​I am a clinical psychologist who specializes in working with thoughtful, high-functioning adults who want deeper psychological work, not just listening, reflection, and quick fixes or surface-level coping strategies.

Many of my clients are successful in their careers but are privately struggling with burnout, identity questions, distressing relationship patterns, or major life transitions. They often feel frustrated by therapy that focuses only on symptom management or quick decision-making, rather than helping them truly understand their deeper conflicts and unhelpful patterns.

My approach begins with a comprehensive, therapeutic assessment involving validated questionnaires and interviews to develop the full picture of your life and goals. This assessment ends with a co-formulated treatment plan to guide our future sessions. In our therapy sessions, I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT, living life by your true values) and psychodynamic therapy (identifying unconscious forces in your emotions and behaviors) to help people gain insight into long-standing patterns and build a life that feels meaningful and sustainable.
