About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to supporting individuals in managing anxiety, depression, and grief, while helping couples navigate relationship dynamics and major life transitions with compassion and practical tools.
I meet my clients where they are. Working with individuals who are ready to make a meaningful change is something I truly enjoy. Learning about individuals from a holistic point of view, including their background, their interests, and their environment, allows me to better understand each person and provide an evidence-based approach to their growth process. During a session with me, we will work at your pace. Occasionally, I will provide supplemental worksheets and educational tools. I focus on setting boundaries and developing coping skills to increase change tolerance. I also have experience working with anxiety, depression, recent loss (and disenfranchised grief), relationship struggles, or a desire for deeper self-understanding, I’m here to empower you with tools and insights to build a more balanced future. Let’s start this journey together—reach out today to schedule.
