About me
I’m an Asian American therapist offering culturally attuned online therapy for adults and couples navigating anxiety, burnout, and identity exploration across California.
Hi, I’m Caitlin Blair, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and founder of Tiny Cottage Therapy. I provide holistic, culturally responsive online therapy for adults and couples throughout California who are navigating anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, and major life transitions.
Many of my clients identify as Asian American, AAPI, mixed-race, or multicultural, and are trying to balance the expectations of family, work, and culture while learning how to care for themselves in the process. I understand how hard it can be to carry so much —to be the reliable one, the caretaker, or the high achiever— and still feel anxious, disconnected, or unsure how to slow down.
Before becoming a therapist, I was that “go-to” person who seemed calm and capable on the outside but often felt overwhelmed on the inside. Beginning my own therapy journey helped me understand what it meant to live authentically— to have boundaries, space, and compassion for myself. That experience continues to shape how I show up for my clients: with curiosity, warmth, and respect for their lived experiences.
My work is grounded in culturally attuned, holistic psychotherapy, blending mind-body awareness, mindfulness, and tangible tools that support both insight and everyday coping. I help clients explore identity, navigate family and relationship dynamics, and move through stress or self-doubt toward more balance and clarity.
Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and real. I believe growth happens in small moments, the ones where you pause, notice your patterns, and start to make choices that feel more aligned with your values. My goal is to help you reconnect with your authentic self and build a life that feels grounded, intentional, and yours.
I currently offer telehealth therapy across California, making it easier for clients to access support that fits into their lives. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, perfectionism, or cultural identity stress, I’m here to provide a safe, affirming space where you can exhale, reflect, and begin to feel more like yourself again.
You don’t have to navigate anxiety, burnout, or cultural identity stress alone. Therapy can be a supportive space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most. I’d love to help you take that next step toward balance and belonging.
