About me
My passion lies in supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges and discover pathways to healing. I incorporate evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy and mindfulness to foster growth and resilience.
My experience consists of working with individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges—ranging from anxiety, depression, grief and trauma to the complex issues related to Alzheimer’s and dementia—I strive to offer empathy, patience, and guidance throughout the therapeutic journey.
