About me

I am a compassionate therapist specializing in supporting young adults through seniors, navigating life transitions, emotional challenges, and autism with therapy approaches tailored to meet your needs.

As a therapist who came to this work after living through many of life's seasons, I bring both professional training and hard-won personal perspective to everyone I work with. I see people across a wide range of ages and life stages — from young adults finding their footing to those navigating midlife pressures, and people in their later years facing new chapters. Whatever brings you here, you don't have to figure it out alone. I have extensive experience in grief counseling — particularly the loss of a spouse — as well as relationships, identity, and career direction- with a focus on young men navigating life transitions.
I also support clients managing anxiety, trauma, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, and autism spectrum challenges, and I welcome couples. My approach is warm, collaborative, and direct. I offer a space where you can be honest and feel understood without judgment.
Together we'll look at the patterns shaping your current struggles and work toward greater clarity and confidence. Whether you're carrying unresolved grief, searching for direction, rethinking a relationship, or facing a major transition — I'm here to help you move forward. Limited daytime availability beginning at 8:00 A.M.
