About me
I believe people are incredibly resilient, even when life feels overwhelming. My role as a counselor is to help you reconnect with that strength, clarify your goals, and move forward with purpose. I work with teens and adults navigating trauma, life transitions, relationship struggles, or just feeling stuck.
Using evidence-based interventions and theories. I offer a supportive, practical space to build on your strengths and challenge unhelpful patterns. Before becoming a counselor, I served in the U.S. Army Infantry, an experience that shaped my values of teamwork, grit, and empathy. I now bring those into my work with clients.
You don’t need to have all the answers to begin therapy, just the willingness to start. I’ll meet you where you are and walk with you toward meaningful change.
My ideal client is someone who is motivated for change but unsure where to begin. They may be navigating a major life transition, such as divorce, reintegration after military service, or the impact of past trauma, feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from their goals. They seek clarity, support, and practical tools to move forward, but also require a safe and trusting space where they can process their experiences without judgment. What they ultimately seek is not just relief from emotional pain, but a renewed sense of purpose and personal empowerment. They want to improve their relationships, manage stress and anxiety more.
I help clients navigate trauma, stress, and major life transitions using Solution-Focused and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My approach is practical, supportive, and goal-oriented. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for change, I offer tools, insight, and a collaborative space to move forward confidently.
You don’t have to go through this alone. If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just ready for something different, I’m here to walk alongside you. Together, we’ll create a supportive space where you can heal, grow, and move forward with confidence. Your journey matters, and I’d be honored to be part of it. I invite you to take that first step.
