About me
At Cognitive Consultants LLC, we serve adults struggling with substance use and related challenges such as cravings, relapse, trauma, anxiety, depression, and the stress of daily responsibilities. Many need the flexibility of outpatient care to keep working, studying, or caring for family while getting support. Our clients want more than symptom relief; they seek tools, strategies, and guidance for lasting recovery in a safe, nonjudgmental space where they can build coping skills and regain control of their lives.
At Cognitive Consultants LLC, we offer outpatient treatment combining therapy, group support, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) to reduce cravings and prevent relapse. Clients build coping skills, address underlying issues, and integrate recovery into daily life, gaining confidence and tools for lasting success. Struggling with substance use can feel overwhelming. At Cognitive Consultants LLC, we offer outpatient programs that provide a safe and supportive space for exploring challenges, building coping skills, and developing strategies for lasting recovery. You deserve guidance, hope, and support on this journey.
