I specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and other evidence-based techniques to support emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and building healthier connections. Whether you struggle with reactivity, shutdown, overthinking, or avoidance, we’ll work together to understand those patterns and create new, sustainable ways of coping.

I work with people who are navigating challenges like OCD, borderline personality disorder, and depression. I know how overwhelming it can feel when your thoughts or emotions take over, and my goal is to help you feel more grounded and supported.

In our sessions, I draw from DBT and CBT, which means we’ll focus on practical skills you can use every day—whether that’s calming your mind, navigating relationships, or managing tough emotions. I keep things flexible and collaborative, so we can find what works best for you.
