About me
I specialize in supporting women navigating the perinatal timeframe, utilizing EMDR to help mothers heal from difficult experiences and find confidence in their journey.
You’ve talked about it enough. Now let’s heal it.
You might know exactly why you feel this way, but knowing it hasn’t changed the pit in your stomach or the way you overthink everything. If you’re tired of just 'managing' symptoms and want to actually resolve them, you’re in the right place.
How I help
I’m not a "blank slate" therapist who just nods. I’m a real person who uses EMDR to help your brain do what it’s meant to do: process the heavy stuff so it doesn't feel so heavy anymore. Think of it like a "system update" for your brain—we clear out the old, glitchy files (the trauma or the "not good enough" thoughts) so you can feel steady again.
What it’s like to work with me
I keep it down-to-earth. My office is a space where you can be messy, honest, and totally yourself. We go at your pace, we use tools that actually work, and we focus on getting you back to a life that feels like yours again.
