Brooke Coffey, LPC

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addiction Counselor. I help people break through the barriers, limiting beliefs, and trauma to connect into their true selves. I deeply believe that everyone deserves to experience their highest life possible while on this Earth.

My name is Brooke Coffey. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of New Mexico and Colorado. I am also a Licensed Addiction Counselor in the state of Colorado. My career started in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where I attended graduate school in 2012-2015. Over the last decade, I have worked in a couple of different capacities providing individual, group, and family therapy to a wide variety of people.

I have found a few truths in my time as a therapist. One, All people are deserving of achieving contentment. Two, limiting beliefs are often the reason we do not reach contentment. And three, therapy can help use break those limiting beliefs. Using EMDR and mindfulness-based practices, I have found great success in moving people beyond their limiting beliefs and into a place of contentment.

Personally, I am someone who loves to have fun in life. Whether I am with my family or by myself, I will usually be finding little joys and laughter in life. I enjoy spending my time outdoors, reading books, gardening, connecting with loved ones, and drinking tea.
