About me
I'm a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals and families through life's most challenging transitions. I work with clients across the lifespan, specializing in depression, relationship dynamics, family conflicts, and parenting concerns. My approach is grounded in helping people navigate major life changes with compassion and clarity. I have advanced training in attachment theory as well as emotion focused couples therapy. I've also spent years specializing in children and families.
I focus on fostering self-love, improving communication, and addressing isolation and loneliness. I'm skilled in working through guilt, shame, and forgiveness—themes that often underlie deeper struggles. I support clients navigating divorce, attachment challenges, mood concerns, and the complexities of blended families, adoption, and foster care. I also work with individuals facing workplace stress, midlife transitions, codependency patterns, and substance use concerns.
My practice welcomes clients of all genders and life stages. I'm particularly honored to work with those seeking a faith-informed perspective in their healing journey. I believe therapy is a collaborative process where you feel heard, respected, and supported as you move toward greater wholeness and purpose. I'm here to walk alongside you with genuine care and professional expertise.
