About me
I'm a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, and grief, as well as those processing major life transitions.
My approach is grounded in compassion and collaboration. I help clients explore feelings of isolation, loneliness, guilt, and shame while reconnecting with their sense of self-worth and life purpose. I'm particularly skilled at supporting those experiencing social anxiety and phobias, meeting you where you are with patience and understanding.
I draw from evidence-based therapeutic practices to create a safe, affirming space where you can process your experiences at your own pace. My work is informed by a faith-centered perspective, which I integrate thoughtfully into our sessions for clients who value that dimension of their healing.
I believe therapy is a partnership. My role is to listen deeply, ask meaningful questions, and walk alongside you as you build resilience and rediscover your strength. I'm honored to support you on your journey toward greater peace and wholeness.
