About me
As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with over four years of experience in clinical practice, I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and work toward greater emotional well-being. I have experience working with clients experiencing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, adjustment difficulties, relationship challenges, PTSD, personality disorders, paranoia, and the effects of trauma and abuse. I have also supported individuals impacted by incarceration and other difficult life circumstances.
My therapeutic style is warm, compassionate, and laid-back. I understand that beginning therapy can feel intimidating, and my goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. I believe every person deserves to be treated with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
My approach to therapy is individualized and collaborative. I draw from solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic, and rational-emotive approaches to help clients better understand themselves, develop effective coping strategies, work through past experiences, and create meaningful change in their lives.
Reaching out for support is an important act of courage, and you do not have to navigate life’s challenges alone. Whether you are struggling with emotional distress, relationship difficulties, past trauma, or simply feel ready for something to change, I am here to support, encourage, and empower you along the way.
I look forward to hearing from you!
