I am an experienced therapist who has been dedicated to helping individuals and families live their most fulfilling life while breaking patterns, forming new meaning in life, and working toward self-fulfillment. With over 10 years of experience, I have dedicated my practice to children, teens, and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, family conflict and divorce, and trauma.

Throughout my clinical experience, I have worked with clients struggling with substance abuse/ addiction, acute and chronic stressors, suicidal ideation, family conflict, divorce, and trauma. I have specialized training working with women, young adults and military families, trauma and abuse, family conflict, and co-parenting issues.
